01 Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

02 Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing, postal strikes, or peak holiday seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas).

03 Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours.

You can track your package directly on our website via our tracking page or via global tracking sites like 17track.net.

04 Customs, Duties, and Taxes

OptiBuys is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Note: Most of our orders are shipped in small packages which typically do not incur customs fees for individual customers.

05 Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address.

06 Lost or Stolen Packages

OptiBuys is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping if the tracking information confirms the item was delivered to the address provided. However, if your tracking has not updated for more than 20 business days, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier or send a replacement.
