Refund policy
At OptiBuys, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
01 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it (unworn/unused).
- With tags and in its original packaging.
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
02 The Return Process
To start a return, you must contact us at support@optibuys.com.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the address listed on the shipping label. We utilize multiple fulfillment centers worldwide; once your return is approved, we will provide you with the correct return warehouse address.
03 Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately with:
- Your Order Number.
- Photo or video evidence of the damage or error.
Once verified, we will send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund.
04 Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, or plants).
- Custom products (special orders or personalized items).
- Personal care goods (beauty products, face masks, or intimate apparel).
- Items purchased during a "Final Sale" or using a Gift Card.
05 Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
06 Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Please note: It can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
07 Shipping Costs
- Defective/Incorrect Items: OptiBuys covers the cost of return shipping or provides a free replacement.
- Change of Mind: If you wish to return an item for personal reasons (e.g., you no longer want it), you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs to our designated warehouse. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
