📦 Why did my items ship separately?
To ensure the fastest delivery possible, we occasionally dispatch items from multiple global warehouses. Don't worry if one item arrives earlier—the rest of your order is safely on its way!
✈️ How long does delivery take?
Our standard worldwide shipping usually takes 7-15 business days. Please note that high-volume seasons or customs clearance may occasionally add a few extra days to transit times.
📍 My package says delivered, but I don't have it?
Carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered up to 24 hours before actual drop-off. Please check your mailbox, porch, or with neighbors. If it's been over 2 days, contact us immediately.
